Our founder Lotte Struwing established Lasting Solutions to create a local go-to resource for comprehensive best in class HR practices. Recognizing the evolution of local business and scarcity of resources, she decided to fill the funnel and provide the much needed services.

Recognizing the exceptional talent available here, Lotte hand-picked a team of local professionals who welcomed the personal satisfaction of applying their knowledge to a variety of local businesses. Together, we ensure the strength of our business community.

Her vision-in-action provides the business leaders of this region with the strategies and guidance needed to effectively and efficiently adapt to current and ever-changing industry and economic needs.

Understanding growing businesses need to focus on their core deliverables at all times, Lotte developed the Lasting Solutions team to respond to these corporate needs of:

→     Smaller companies requiring creative and customized as-needed HR guidance to ensure best practices and compliance for a productive, engaged workforce, and

→     Larger companies requiring specialized services that are not available internally such as job evaluation and compensation design, employee & career rewards handbooks and workforce transition.

Because we live in this community, we also invest in it. We belong to and support the local Chambers of Commerce, we utilize the services of qualified professionals throughout our community, and we stay current through our hometown chapter of Human Resources Professionals Association.

We believe in giving back by volunteering our time and financially supporting charities and events close to our hearts and homes.
